About the position Responsibilities β’ Design, develop, and implement scalable talent and organizational development programs, covering areas such as leadership development, new supervisor training, employee engagement, performance management, well-being, and other relevant topics. β’ Collaborate with HR Operations to create an exceptional employee experience for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values. β’ Facilitate enterprise-wide learning experiences, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to foster practical knowledge and skill development. β’ Develop and distribute comprehensive learning resources, including online courses, facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids. β’ Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and needs assessments, using data analysis to inform and support solutions. β’ Provide coaching to managers and team members on leadership, team effectiveness, motivation, giving and receiving healthy feedback, and more. β’ Maintain a library of readily available resources on various topics and collaborate with leaders to meet team member development needs. β’ Research, analyze, and incorporate innovative trends in digital learning technologies, best practices, instructional design, and pedagogical methods. β’ Contribute to the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports, to support ongoing company initiatives. Requirements β’ Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills β’ Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, to present information and influence leadership β’ Superior knowledge of HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems, as needed.
