When you join us as an HRIS Time and Attendance Supervisor, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: β€’ Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and overall performance of the ADP Time and Attendance module, ensuring compliance with company policy and state/federal labor laws. β€’ Evaluate and implement system features (e.g., Schedules, Attendance Policies) to support evolving business needs. β€’ Serve as the primary escalation point for complex timekeeping and configuration issues. β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Time and Attendance analysts and administrators, including providing training and performance oversight. β€’ Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and successful integration across systems. β€’ Maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support consistent practices and system usage. β€’ Coordinate and participate in system testing related to new features, upgrades, and configuration changes. β€’ Conduct regular audits of time entry, approvals, and accrual balances to ensure accuracy and compliance. β€’ Create and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to support internal audits, compliance, and operations. β€’ Monitor changes in labor laws, company policy, and regulations affecting timekeeping and PTO accruals, and coordinate updates to system configurations with cross-department stakeholders such as Human Resources and Legal. β€’ Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting timekeeping and accruals; coordinate necessary system updates with HR and Legal. β€’ Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience. β€’ Support cross-functional initiatives and HRIS-related projects. You Are: β€’ Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations β€’ Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask β€’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). β€’ 5+ years of experience in time and attendance, HRIS, or payroll operations, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity. β€’ Dayforce experience is a plus. β€’ Hands-on experience with ADP Time and Attendance or similar enterprise-level systems required. β€’ In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, FLSA, and multi-state/local labor laws. β€’ Experience configuring and managing PTO and state/local sick leave accruals. β€’ Demonstrated success in conducting audits and implementing process improvements. β€’ Experience integrating timekeeping systems with payroll and HR modules. β€’ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. β€’ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and reporting tools. β€’ Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx is a plus. β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. β€’ High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. β€’ Self-starter with strong accountability and the ability to lead with minimal supervision. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
