The Technical HubSpot CRM Leader plays a pivotal role in bridging technical requirements with business objectives, ensuring the platform supports organizational growth and operational efficiency. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions while maintaining a focus on best practices and compliance. This is expected to be a part time position requiring around 10 hours a week. Technical HubSpot CRM Leader β Job Description Position Summary The Technical HubSpot CRM Leader is responsible for the architecture, administration, integration, and ongoing technical optimization of the HubSpot CRM platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. This role ensures HubSpot remains scalable, secure, integrated with enterprise systems, and aligned with organizational data and automation standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Architecture & System Governance - Own overall HubSpot system configuration, including objects, properties, permissions, defaults, and security settings. - Maintain governance for CRM architecture. - Manage platform updates and readiness. - Establish and enforce CRM technical standards. 2. Data Quality & Data Architecture - Oversee CRM data model. - Implement data integrity controls. - Manage imports, migrations, and retention. 3. Integrations & Technical Infrastructure - Architect/maintain integrations. - Manage APIs, middleware, and vendor work. - Oversee tracking code and embedded tools. 4. Automation & Workflow Engineering - Build and optimize workflows. - Implement routing, SLAs, lifecycle logic. 5. Reporting & Analytics Enablement - Architect dashboards and datasets. - Partner with IT/Finance for forecasting and attribution. 6. Technical Support, Training & Documentation - Serve as escalation point. - Deliver admin/powerβuser training. - Maintain SOPs and diagrams. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years HubSpot/CRM admin experience. - Strong CRM architecture and workflow knowledge. - API, JSON, middleware understanding. - Data modeling and reporting experience. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - ERP/ecommerce integration experience. - Experience with Workato/Make/Zapier/Boomi. - Industrial/manufacturing B2B background. - HubSpot certifications. Key Performance Metrics - Platform uptime and reliability. - Data accuracy and error reduction. - Integration stability. - Workflow efficiency and SLA compliance. - User adoption and reduced ticket volume. - Accurate forecasting and revenue reporting.
