StratEdge Advisory Group is a growing consulting firm looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM specialist to help us properly set up and structure our HubSpot account. We want to implement HubSpot as our primary system for pipeline management, deal tracking, forecasting, and targeted outreach. We are looking for someone who understands how to configure HubSpot specifically for small consulting firms and professional service businesses. The right freelancer will help us build a clean, scalable CRM structure that supports sales visibility and outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities The consultant will help us configure HubSpot to achieve the following priorities: 1. CRM Setup & Pipeline Management Capture and manage contact details, pipeline stage, and deal information Structure sales pipelines and deal stages Ensure contacts, companies, and deals are properly associated 2. Deal Forecasting & Reporting Create deal forecasting reports and dashboards Configure reporting for revenue projections and pipeline performance 3. Company Database Management Build and organize our addressable market database (~250 companies) Create structured company records and segmentation 4. Data Enrichment Enrich company profiles with useful information such as: Key contacts Company size Industry information Decision-makers 5. Outreach Automation Setup or recommend tools for LinkedIn connection automation Integrate LinkedIn outreach with CRM where possible 6. Email Marketing Campaigns Configure HubSpot email campaigns Setup basic email templates and contact segmentation Ensure campaign tracking and analytics are properly configured Required Skills Proven experience with HubSpot CRM setup Experience implementing HubSpot for consultancies, SMEs, or professional services Knowledge of sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and deal reporting Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools Experience with HubSpot email marketing and campaign setup Excellent communication and strong English proficiency Time Zone Requirement Applicants must be available within GMT to GMT+3 time zones for collaboration.
