Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot expert who can build and operate our marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and workflows at a growing company or agency. Requirements β’ Design, build, and manage workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, nurture flows, and contact lifecycle stages. β’ Set up custom properties, automations, and campaign structures aligned with the GTM strategy. β’ Provide frameworks for campaigns and sequences so our team can plug in copy. β’ Run and monitor email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, event/webinar promotions, and newsletters. β’ Segment lists and build dynamic content personalization using HubSpot features. β’ Manage deduplication, list cleanup, enrichment, and hygiene on an ongoing basis. β’ Implement lead routing rules, pipeline automations, and contact/company management rules. β’ Collaborate with the team managing outbound tools (Instantly, Clay) to align campaigns and tracking. β’ Set up and maintain connections with 3rd-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Typeform, Zoom, etc.). β’ Build dashboards to track campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, and lead quality. β’ Set up A/B testing workflows and analyze performance data to improve results.
