Vermont Adult Learning (VAL) is seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator to support statewide HR operations and provide administrative support to leadership and staff across our learning centers. This role involves HR coordination, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and serving as a primary administrative contact for employees. Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, including exit interviews Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration Support open enrollment and COBRA administration Maintain HRIS data and personnel files.
