As our Human Resources & Branding Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our team while also shaping how we present ourselves internally and externally-from recruiting and onboarding to marketing, communications, and brand development. This isn't a traditional HR role. You won't be siloed into just one function-instead, you'll work across HR operations and marketing initiatives, giving you the opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set and make a meaningful impact across the business. What you'll do: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires Partner with leadership to support hiring strategies, retention, and workforce planning Oversee onboarding to create a smooth and engaging new hire experience Support payroll processing, benefits administration (health insurance, 401k), and employee records Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes Create and edit marketing materials, proposals, and internal communications Help plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all platforms and materials Manage website updates and social media content to enhance online presence Develop print and digital collateral (brochures, templates, sales materials) Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation Why join us?
