They are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division, where the role involves assisting in various HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting HR programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inquiries from employees
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment to resolve any matters that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs
Skills
- BA/BS in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity
- Possess business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, execution oriented and perform effectively
- Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
- Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiar with HR related systems (Dayforce, Workday, ADP)
- Analytics reporting experience preferred
