Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering professionals in autism therapy. The role involves managing and supervising staff, conducting assessments, and delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism bolthires disorder. Responsibilities Manage & Supervise Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery Conduct Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients Skills Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism bolthires disorder Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams Benefits Generous Time Off: Generous PTO, and paid holidays
