About the position
- Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day schedules for field staff.
- Assign new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols.
- Match patients with field staff based on clinical skills and personality.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all patient inquiries or problems.
- Collaborate with administrators/supervisors regarding client concerns or complaints.
- Manage daily workflow in the company database.
- Process daily and weekly reports.
- Address missed, declined, unverified, and reassigned visits with field staff.
- Understand and practice agency policies and procedures.
- Follow Medicare guidelines including Low Utilization Payment Adjustment (LUPA), Re-assessment, and 13/19 supervisory visits.
- Participate in on-call requirements, which may be up to 3-5 times per quarter.
- Attend all mandatory in-office meetings.
- Understand and practice all HIPAA regulations.
- Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, with home care experience being desirable.
- Capable of meeting all physical demands.
