Job Description
I’m hiring a Project Manager to run the content production pipeline for my personal brand (sales, finance, education).
This role will start focused on short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll manage 2–3 short-form posts per day from ideation to publishing by coordinating with editors, tracking deadlines, and keeping our workflow tight and organized.
If the relationship works well and the system runs smoothly, we will expand into long-form YouTube content, which will come with higher pay and more responsibility.
This is a fast-moving content operation with structured workflows and clear expectations. The work culture is relaxed as long as output, organization, and reliability are elite.
You won’t be expected to fully own analytics or ideation on day one. You will learn my content style, collaborate with me, and gradually take on more responsibility as you understand the system.
This role is fully remote and async, though we will likely have occasional overlap for communication.
