As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a 24/7 call center environment. This role involves troubleshooting, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service. You'll work overnight shifts and rotating weekends, utilizing various tools to assist customers effectively.

  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborate with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service.
  • *Requirements:**
  • **Bilingual (Spanish/English) required:** Fluency in both languages is essential for this role.
  • **3+ years of customer service experience:** Preferably in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • **Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems:** Experience with Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • **Strong written and verbal communication skills:** Excellent communication skills are essential for providing top-notch customer support.
  • **Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules:** Flexibility is key in this role, as you'll be working a variety of shifts to meet customer needs.
