As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- *What You'll Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- **Availability:** Availability to work a minimum of three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- **Enrollment:** Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
- **Adaptability:** A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
- **Teamwork:** A strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and prioritize team goals
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- **Technical:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- **Age:** At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
