- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide information

- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed to enhance customer experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with outbound calling and client services in an office environment

- Personal Lines License (Preferred)
