Zgraph, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the software and digital marketing industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper or accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will work closely with management to support the financial operations of the company.Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
ΓΒ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
ΓΒ Prepare and process payroll
ΓΒ Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
ΓΒ Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
ΓΒ Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis
ΓΒ Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
ΓΒ Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
ΓΒ Handle other financial and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
ΓΒ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
ΓΒ Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
ΓΒ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
ΓΒ Excellent numerical and analytical skills
ΓΒ Attention to detail and accuracy
ΓΒ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
ΓΒ Good communication and interpersonal skills
ΓΒ Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field is preferred
ΓΒ Professional certification (e.g. Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
