We are seeking positive, hard-working individuals who are highly motivated to succeed! If you have great enthusiasm for the hospitality & tourism industry and an entrepreneurial mindset, then we want to meet you! As a Remote Cruise Client Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for your clients. Our company works with various vendors, which will allow you to customize your clients vacation!
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
ΓΒ Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
ΓΒ Process payments on behalf of the client
ΓΒ Provide all necessary documents to clients - before and after travel
ΓΒ Provide exceptional customer service to clients
ΓΒ Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
ΓΒ Work well in a group/team setting
ΓΒ Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
ΓΒ Complete required certification within a timely manner
ΓΒ Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Skills And Requirements
ΓΒ Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States
ΓΒ Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access

ΓΒ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
ΓΒ Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests
ΓΒ Ability to manage time and be organized
ΓΒ Attention to accuracy and detail

ΓΒ Computer and Internet knowledge
ΓΒ Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
