Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Execute entry-level application administration tasks as part of an essential migration initiative.
ΓΒ Accurately establish and manage organizational profiles and user accounts in a new system.
ΓΒ Provide support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfil team requirements.
ΓΒ Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
Required Skills
ΓΒ Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
ΓΒ Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
ΓΒ Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
ΓΒ Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
ΓΒ Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.
Qualifications
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent.
