We are looking for someone who loves to solve puzzles and who is organized, professional, and friendly to take over the scheduling for an awesome, growing cleaning company that provides maintenance cleanings for kitchen equipment.When and where will I be working?
This position is remote, so you can work from home or anywhere you have a reliable internet and phone connection. There is a lot of flexibility as to when you work, too. There are weekly tasks that have deadlines and/or are time sensitive, but you can generally choose what hours of the day to work on them. You will need to be generally available to answer inbound phone calls for the business during the hours of about 8am - 9pm Mountain Time and make scheduling confirmation calls during business hours. If there are last minute scheduling emergencies/changes that need to be made you will need to be available to handle those. Because we do most cleanings evenings and nights you must be available to handle these situations as... they arise. This is a part time job and will probably take between 15-25 hours of work per week.
What will I be doing?
The scheduling managerΓΒs primary duties are as follows.
ΓΒ Scheduling Manager
ΓΒ Make monthly and weekly scheduling plans
ΓΒ Coordinate with customers and employees to schedule work to be completed
ΓΒ Work with crew leads/managers to ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped
ΓΒ Make adjustments as needed during the week
ΓΒ Receive inbound calls to the scheduling extension and assist customers with scheduling needs

Candidates with experience are preferred, but prior experience is not a requirement.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 ΓΒ 25 per week
