Job Description: WeÂre seeking a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing short videos optimized for vertical formats.Responsibilities:
 Edit short-form videos (15-90 seconds) for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
 Add text overlays, captions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
 Incorporate sound effects, background music, and transitions effectively.
 Ensure videos align with brand style and content strategy.
 Deliver edits on tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Requirements:
 Proven experience editing short-form content for social media platforms.
 Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, Descript, Adobe AfterEffects).
 Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 Familiarity with platform-specific trends and best practices.
 Access to editing equipment (handles min. 1080p specs) and reliable internet.
Bonus Skills:
 Experience with motion graphics or animation.
 Ability to fix auto-reframe when itÂs defective.
 Understanding of content strategies for social media growth.
 Equipment strong enough to edit and store 4k video.
