- What Will You Do in This Role?
- Conduct strategic legal research to provide accurate and timely counsel.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and essential legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Negotiate settlements and favorable resolutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
- Stay updated on key laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Manage your caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Mentor junior attorneys and foster a team-oriented culture.
- What Are We Looking for?
- Active BAR license to practice law in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
