We’re looking for an Implementation Manager, Health Systems to drive seamless execution and expansion of our health system partnerships. If you’re highly organized, data-driven, and love solving complex problems, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact on women’s health.

✅ Launch and scale new health system partnerships
✅ Ensure seamless onboarding and integration for our partners
✅ Track key metrics to optimize performance and drive strategic improvements
✅ Build repeatable processes that make our partnerships even more efficient
- What You Need to Succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, health system partnerships, and launching implementations
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, product, and marketing teams
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support partner launches
- Bonus Points:
- PMP certification
- Strong preference for eastern or central timezone

Details:
The compensation range is 100-130K depending on experience and location. This includes equity and a robust benefits plan.
