The Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to create and execute training plans for ZOLL products, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Effectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the success of the implementation process Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process Track product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL products Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience Work toward client success as an effective team member Skills 1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them Experience as an administrator or end user of the ZOLL RescueNet application or ZOLL Billing Experience implementing new software/technology Experience working with bolthires SQL Bachelors, Associates, or professional certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc Completion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers all topics included in APCO ANS 3.103.2.2015 -Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators Current or former EMS practitioner at either the ALS or BLS Level Company Overview ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei Group Company, develops and markets medical devices and software solutions that help advance emergency care and save lives, while increasing clinical and operational efficiencies.
