We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Call Room Agent to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct confirmation calls when needed
- Focus on assigned P1 arrival pre-call bookings, booking Late arrivals and misses off the chase list
- Follow up with pre-assigned P1 owners as designated by management.
- Meet or exceed conversion expectations as determined by weekly performance metrics.
- Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
- Schedule:
- 2-3 days with varying hours

- Compensation & Benefits:
- Per-tour payout
- $13 per hour
- Incentives based on conversion and performance
- Salary target: $64,000 annually.
- Qualifications:
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Team player
- Sales or marketing background a plus
