Here's what you'll be doing:
Β Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Β Determine customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
Β Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
Β Document and update customer records.
Β Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
Β Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff's standards of professionalism and integrity.
Β All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services
The Location
This position is US-Remote. Ken Garff Listening Center can employ in states where Ken Garff Automotive, LLC is registered. Currently, we are only accepting applications for remote work in the following states: Utah, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, Wyoming, and Arizona. This list is continuously evolving and being updated, please check back with us at a future date if the state you live in is not listed.

Equipment Requirements:
Β Must provide your own equipment
Β Windows PCdesktop or laptop with Inteli5 processor - 2430M at 2.40GHz or processor equivalent or better,8GBofRAM available, and working webcam
Β Anti-Virus protection software. Windows Defender is acceptable so long as you keep it updated.
Β USB wired Headset with microphone.
Β Dual computer monitors
Β Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer)
Β Apple computers not compatible/accepted
Qualifications:
Β Must meet network and equipment requirements
Β Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented.
Β Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
Β Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
Β Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.
Β Must have a designated work space that is free of distraction with little to no background noise.
Β High School Diploma or equivalent
Β Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Β Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
