    What The Position Entails
  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate life insurance products
  • Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase product awareness and attract new customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the application process
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product features, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliant sales practices

Requirements

    Active Life Insurance License in your residing jurisdiction, USA. Not licensed yet? We provide a part-time training program; candidates must be highly motivated and willing to study for and pass their state licensing exam. Included…….
  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse communities
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and craft suitable insurance solutions
  • Familiarity with sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client interactions efficiently
  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and marketing strategies within the financial services sector
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
