Women Biz is a Web3 innovation collective on a mission to empower women across Latin America through education, bootcamps, hackathons, and blockchain product development.
We’ve built a thriving community of over 3,000 women entering the tech space and we’re looking for a creative, frontend-passionate intern to help us bring our dApp to life.
What You'll Do
- Design and build UI components for a Web3 dApp using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Work closely with devs and founders to translate user flows into intuitive interfaces
- Build responsive layouts, interactive elements, and frictionless Web3 onboarding
- Get hands-on experience with blockchain design challenges (wallets, transactions, etc.)
Who We’re Looking For
- A self-motivated frontend developer or designer with a strong eye for UX
- Curious about blockchain, decentralization, and user-first product design
- Willing to learn fast and iterate often
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Figma is a plus (but not required)
- Can commit 10–15 hrs/week, async remote work

- Compensation: Unpaid internship, with mentorship + future opportunities
- Start date: Flexible – project kicks off this September
- Location: Remote (preferred timezone: NYC or SF for sync meetings)
- Languages: Docs in English | Team is bilingual (Spanish/English)
