Job Description
The Spencer Hsu Real Estate Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in Silicon Valley, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join their high-volume team. The role involves making a high volume of calls to set appointments and support the sales agents, with a focus on building a career in real estate sales.
Responsibilities
- Make 200 calls a day
- Have real conversations
- Set qualified appointments for our agents
- Maintain a clean CRM
- Use proven scripts
- Work with a massive warm database
- Receive weekly 1:1 coaching
Skills
- Experience making a high volume of calls, preferably in a sales environment
- Ability to make 200 calls a day
- Strong communication skills to have real conversations with leads
- Ability to set qualified appointments for agents
- Willingness to take feedback and improve performance
- Real estate license is a plus but not required to start
Benefits
- Bonus per conducted appointment: $50
- Bonus per closing: 5% of GCI (~$1,250 per deal at our average)
- Top performer OTE: $70,000+
