Job Description

The Spencer Hsu Real Estate Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in Silicon Valley, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join their high-volume team. The role involves making a high volume of calls to set appointments and support the sales agents, with a focus on building a career in real estate sales.


Responsibilities

  • Make 200 calls a day
  • Have real conversations
  • Set qualified appointments for our agents
  • Maintain a clean CRM
  • Use proven scripts
  • Work with a massive warm database
  • Receive weekly 1:1 coaching

Skills

  • Experience making a high volume of calls, preferably in a sales environment
  • Ability to make 200 calls a day
  • Strong communication skills to have real conversations with leads
  • Ability to set qualified appointments for agents
  • Willingness to take feedback and improve performance
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required to start

Benefits

  • Bonus per conducted appointment: $50
  • Bonus per closing: 5% of GCI (~$1,250 per deal at our average)
  • Top performer OTE: $70,000+
