Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: United States, Remote
Base $10/hr + commissions
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling restoration and construction services to commercial clients. This is a fully remote role with growth potential at a growing small business.
Responsibilities:
ā Identify and solicit business from new clients
ā Obtain orders, and establish new accounts
ā Monitor market trends and volume to focus sales efforts effectively
ā Submit activity and results reports to management
ā Generate new business through cold calling
Qualifications:
ā 1+ years of sales experience
ā Strong written and oral communication skills
ā Excellent organizational and time management skills
ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation/Benefits:
ā Base pay $8-$12 per hour depending on experience
ā Strong bonus and commission opportunities. Bonuses $300-$500 per meeting set with a property owner.
