Description:
Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and/or social media to promote laundry services
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Provide detailed information about laundry services, pricing, and special offers to prospective customers
Track and manage sales leads, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
Collaborate with the Sales Team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced service industry role
Strong negotiation and prospecting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software like Hubspot
