Role Description
InspectReply is a fast-growing platform that helps homebuyers understand inspection reports by providing repair cost estimates and trusted contractor recommendations within minutes.
We are looking for a highly motivated inside sales representative to introduce InspectReply to home inspectors across the United States.
This is a simple, high-volume sales process involving short demos and relationship building with inspectors.
Responsibilities
- Contact home inspectors via phone, text, and email
- Schedule and run short product demos (10–15 minutes)
- Help inspectors integrate InspectReply into their workflow
- Follow up with inspectors after their first inspections
- Track leads and activity in CRM
- Convert interested inspectors into active users
- Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and building relationships with clients
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and a focus on providing high-quality Customer Service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or the home inspection/real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales strategy is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred
