The role involves assisting the field sales team with sales reports, technical information, and marketing materials, as well as providing training and attending trade shows. Responsibilities Assist end users & distributors with technical information on returns, warranties and product information requests Support field sales operations with monthly sale reports, pricing & marketing materials Attend regional and national trade shows for the channel Work with select distributors assigned to your desk to grow current product mix Provide technical training for distributor sales representatives Work on end user pricing bids Analyze market trends in the industry Travel 25% of time Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Must have the ability and willingness to travel an average of 25% throughout North America Must be professional, competent, and credible when visiting sales accounts Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization Must have a sense of urgency and be able to respond and adapt to changing market demands/business needs Strong communications skills, verbal and written and analytical skills are required Basic knowledge using bolthires Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook Benefits Paid Vacations & Holidays Profit Sharing & Matching 401(k) Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, & Dental) Discounts on Klein Tools products Education and
