Premium Sports Broadcasting, Inc is Canada’s leading provider of specialty live sports programming for commercial establishments. They are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Account Manager to work with bar, pub, and restaurant owners across Canada to deliver the best sporting events and packages. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers across the country to deliver the sales of our pay-per-view sporting events, programming and channels Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions that would optimize value for both the customer and Premium Sports Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activity and sales targets Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with our customer base Prepare sales contracts and other documents promptly and accurately by following set standards, procedures and processes Act as key point of contact for customers, identify service requirements on an ongoing basis, follow up and resolve customer queries Stay current with product knowledge around the most exciting sporting events Skills You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) You are self-motivated, results-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at a time You have awesome relationship building skills and love the rush of closing a sale You are great at making both cold and warm calls You can learn, retain and convey product knowledge You bring excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and follow-up You are comfortable using a computer, including bolthires Office and internet browsers, and can learn new programs/systems as needed French is a GREAT asset 1-2 years of sales experience A passion for sports Benefits Extended medical benefits including Health Spending Account One floating holiday per quarter (on top of vacation and sick days) to use as you wish Company events including annual team trip or Dinners Paid Parking (if Hybrid) Other perks including sporting event invitations and various swag provided by our partners as available Company Overview Premium Sports is Canada's leader in sports programming for commercial businesses.
