Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and heart-led Instagram Appointment Setter to join our team at Cayla Noelle Health. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, engaging with leads via Instagram DMs using our proven scripts to build connection, qualify leads, and book them into sales calls for our flagship program, Gut Health Harmony.

You are a fit if you're quick to connect, love chatting in the DMs, and feel lit up by helping women find the support they’ve been missing in their health journey. This is a fully remote, contract-based role that starts part-time with room to grow to full-time.

Use our DM scripts to connect with inbound leads via Instagram (and possibly Facebook) daily
Ask strategic questions to qualify leads and guide them to booking a call
Maintain our DM lead tracker in real-time (conversations, follow-ups, outcomes)
Consistently follow up with warm leads who didn’t book right away
Send confirmations, reminders, or rescheduling messages to keep calls on track
Communicate clearly with the team via Slack and attend occasional team meetings
Represent our brand voice and mission with care, warmth, and professionalism

Qualifications

Are comfortable and confident in starting conversations and building trust via messaging
Love making people feel seen and heard — even in a DM
Are organized and can keep up with ongoing follow-ups and conversations
Have experience in appointment setting, social selling, or customer service (preferred but not required)
Are eager to learn and grow — and are open to feedback and coaching
Are aligned with the mission of holistic health, gut healing, and women’s empowerment
Can work U.S. hours across PST–EST
Are looking for a long-term home to grow with — not a side hustle or stepping stone
