About the position
- Responsibilities
- Create and deliver electronic and classroom content that develops critical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs.
- Elevate the abilities of the EagleBank team through effective instructional design.
- Work closely with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager to execute objectives that support EagleBank's strategic priorities.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of prior experience in an Instructional Design role, from the analysis phase to the evaluation phase.
- 1 year of facilitation experience.
- Proficient in the use of Articulate 360 Instructional Design software.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Cornerstone preferred.
- Expertise in adapting instructional content to meet specific learning needs.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
