Instructional/Learning Experience Designer - Contract - Remote (US Based) About the Role In this role, you'll work with psychometric data gathered during standard-setting workshops to recommend a cut score for upcoming exams in the HCM. About You You should be a seasoned psychometrician with access to your own software to perform statistical analyses. Given SME ratings for item difficulty and importance, you should be able to work independently to produce a recommended cut score with minimal oversight from the Assessments team. Additionally, you should be prepared to explain your methods and provide a rationale for your recommendation. Required Skills: β’ 5+ years of experience acting as a lead psychometrician on high-stakes exams, preferably for IT certification. β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant working experience. β’ Experience independently providing cut score recommendations based on SME rating data. Other Qualifications: β’ Technical background is nice to have. β’ Working proficiency in Google Docs / Sheets. β’ Experience working in a Questionmark or similar item-banking tool. β’ Familiarity with instructional design and psychometric principles. β’ Ability to work effectively with a remote team.
