Job Description
- Interpret and analyze complex commercial property insurance policies, including fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain losses.
- Review and evaluate insurance claims using forensic accounting principles and detailed financial data analysis.
- Draft and refine incident specifications using actual policy language to reflect nuanced claims scenarios.
- Prepare clear, structured, and grammatically accurate documentation and reports for coverage analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and improve AI prompt engineering for claims automation and decision support.
- Create and maintain policy interpretation rubrics and grading frameworks for AI training.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model accuracy, reliability, and consistency in claims evaluation.
- Requirements
- Strong professional background in commercial property insurance claims handling and policy interpretation.
- Proven experience reviewing claims involving fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain losses.
- Strong forensic accounting and financial analysis capabilities for claims assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to write and interpret coverage analyses using real policy language.
- Excellent English report writing skills with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
- Experience preparing detailed policy documentation and incident specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
