Job Description
I am looking for an experienced Interactive Brokers (IBKR) API developer to help build and set up a trading automation system.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with IBKR API (TWS or IB Gateway)
- Experience building automated trading systems (not demo projects)
- Python preferred
- Experience with order management, stop-loss logic, and execution control
- Understanding of trading strategies and risk management
Scope of work:
- Connect to IBKR via API
- Implement automated entry/exit logic
- Implement stop-loss and basic risk controls
- Ensure stable execution and error handling
- Test and optimize the system
