Overview: The Intercompany Analyst plays a key role in supporting intercompany accounting operations across multiple legal entities in the region. This role contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and month-end processes, while supporting the implementation of the global ERP intercompany module and ongoing finance transformation initiatives. The analyst collaborates with local and regional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and to identify process improvement opportunities . Responsibilities: Support the execution and maintenance of intercompany processes within the ERP and Blackline ICH platforms. Perform accurate and timely recording of intercompany transactions across multiple legal entities and ledgers. Prepare and analyze intercompany reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure proper application of intercompany policies and trading models. Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for intercompany activities. Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Contribute to the integration of new entities into the global intercompany framework. Provide data and support to internal and external auditors, including SOX documentation. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2β4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment. Experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliations is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar); experience with Blackline is a plus. Basic understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
