- We are helping an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, and New York. Nationally recognized for their healthcare, corporate research and corporate and advanced technology projects.Job Responsibilities
- Develop designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
- Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases.
- Present design solutions to clients and teams.
- Fosters and maintains relationships with clients.
- Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
- Leads and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers.
- Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design from accredited institution
- Understands and implements market sector codes and requirements (i.e. Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, S&T, etc.)
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills with strong follow up.
- Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others.
- Able to take direction as well as lead others.
- Strong finish material knowledge and application
