STRIIV is a boutique multifamily wellness strategy firm specializing in performance-forward, design-driven amenity environments.
We develop the layouts, equipment strategy, and zoning logic. We are seeking a presentation-focused architectural visualization partner to elevate how we communicate these concepts to clients.
This role is about visual storytelling — not layout design.
We will provide:
- fitness plans in 2D CAD layouts
- Equipment schedules
- Strategic direction
- Reference imagery
We are looking for someone who can:
- Translate 2D plans into stylized concept visuals
- Create blocking diagrams and cleaned-up plan graphics
- Produce 2–3 perspective views per project (concept-level realism)
- Apply lighting and material tones to communicate atmosphere
- Help structure and design presentation boards
- Develop a clean, repeatable STRIIV template system
- Occasionally create photorealistic renderings for flagship projects
Ideal Candidate
- Background in interior presentation design or architectural visualization
- Experience with hospitality or multifamily amenity presentations
- Skilled in SketchUp / Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion (or similar)
- Comfortable assembling polished presentation boards (InDesign, Canva, etc.)
- Clean, restrained aesthetic
Engagement
- Ongoing freelance collaboration
- 4–8 projects per year
