About the position
- Responsibilities
- Work with the Women & Kids Emerging Strategies and Social Media content creation team to craft and execute compelling vertical video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
- Monitor results of social media content on key platforms and provide analysis of findings.
- Source new content ideas and monitor trends on social platforms.
- Analyze what other organizations and brands are doing on social media and present findings to the broader team.
- Learn brand standards and ensure video content aligns with the goals and mission of the organization.
- Requirements
- Candidates who are seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in video production, social media, marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using a cell phone or laptop to capture video footage.
- Intermediate to excellent proficiency in a video editing platform such as Adobe Premiere Pro or iMovie.
- Knowledge and experience with in-app editing tools on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing and copyediting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
- Intermediate to excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Nice-to-haves
- Interested in creating content that resonates with women and helps support their overall health is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic Canva is a plus.
