The Role
We are expanding our registered representative team to support active deal flow across multiple verticals. You will be introduced to qualified issuers, provided deal documentation and marketing materials, and supported throughout the placement process. This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with significant upside for closers.
Responsibilities
Introduce and present capital raising opportunities to your existing investor network
Conduct investor outreach and manage relationships through the deal lifecycle
Collaborate with Nassau Street Partners principals on deal structuring and investor fit
Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and applicable securities laws
Requirements
Active FINRA registration required (Series 7, 79, 82)
Must be currently affiliated with or willing to affiliate with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer
Proven track record in capital markets, private placements, or investment banking
Existing network of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional relationships strongly preferred
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation
Base salary / hourly rate
Commission-based with competitive fee-split structure
Deal-by-deal engagement available for established reps
Significant earning potential tied to active deal pipeline
