- Key Responsibilities
- Create professional, impactful CVs for IT professionals, effectively showcasing technical skills, programming languages, frameworks, and project experience
- Write engaging job advertisements for technology roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) that attract qualified candidates
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling job descriptions
- Collaborate with IT recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored content
- Required Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: C2 level English or native speaker
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with no tolerance for errors
- AI Experience: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI writing tools
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT terminology, and technology roles
- Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT, or technical writing
- Experience in IT recruitment or HR technology
