As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide fast and effective support to clients, diagnose hardware and software problems, and implement solutions. Responsibilities Monitor, answer, and respond to requests by phone calls, voicemails, emails, and web submission Utilize a ticketing system to log, update and communicate issues and progress Provide Windows 10 & 11 OS Support Hardware Troubleshooting and support Basic troubleshooting of user account and profile issues Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Assist libraries with the use, configuration, and troubleshooting of core software Envisionware and Sierra Skills Associates degree and/or equivalent experience in information technology field 1 to 2 years of experience supporting desktop devices Understanding of computer and network operations Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills Must be able to pass Criminal Background Clearances Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K with company match Company Overview Questeq is an information technology company offering educational technology management services.
