Pay rate is $65 to $75 per hour
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused projects, including network, server, cloud, and IT systems implementations, specifically within a law firm environment. Candidates must have prior law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT initiatives and delivering results in professional services environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Ensure IT infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where applicable.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects (network, servers, cloud, and systems).
- Must have prior law firm experience.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or similar project management frameworks.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or other enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements for professional services.
