Description: Bill's Electric, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator to join our engineering-focused team. This role is open to both experienced professionals and candidates looking to grow their careers in IT and project management. You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
What You'll Do; Support and manage IT and data-related projects from planning through completion Learn and work with company systems, reports, and technology platforms Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements Communicate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones Identify issues, support solutions, and help ensure project quality Participate in meetings and help present project updates Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to support business goals Who We're Looking For: We welcome a wide range of experience levels, including: Entry-level candidates with strong interest in IT, data, or project coordination Professionals with experience in IT, data analysis, or project management
