This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home. Salary: $130,000 - 140,000/year

Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, delivery, and completion of large-scale enterprise-wide IT initiatives, enterprise data management, analytics support, and organizational governance. • Act as a single point of contact for the CO/COR • Assign tasks and work elements; make business, product, and technical decisions; and be accountable for the success of failure of the overall service(s) • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project implementation and quality assurance by effectively evaluating and monitoring bolthires, schedule, and performance, assessing variances from the plan, and overseeing the execution of necessary corrective actions • Manage scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, travel plans, performance reviews, and timing for new initiatives • Manage project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives • Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks and financials, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders • Create a training plan to keep contractor staff current on evolving technologies while containing bolthires to the government • Provide disaster recovery planning Experience Needed to Be Successful: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project Management • Experience ensuring BPA functions, PM services, performance tracking and reporting, and BPA execution are conducted and managed according to industry best practices • Experience applying Agile / Scrum methodologies • Ability to breakdown high-level strategies into actionable steps • Consistently follows documented processes to meet strategic objectives • Natural leadership abilities, strong analytical capabilities, and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives Powered by JazzHR IT Project Manager - Secret Clearance (Partially Remote) - Latitude Inc.
