Job Description
North Country Business Products is a 100% employee-owned technology company seeking an IT Support Analyst. The role involves assessing, resolving, and closing point-of-sale hardware and software issues while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and friendly customer service experience
- Provide timely updates to the client regarding call status and resolution plan
- Perform a variety of software installations including remote technician, antivirus, POS software, and change of services (COS)
- Continuous improvement of client support service quality and efficiency
- Prioritize and quickly access customer information, history analysis, and research internal/external databases to identify and execute resolutions
- Working with and establishing rapport with vendors
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required
- Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills required
- Minimum of two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in the POS, hospitality, grocery, or call center industries strongly preferred
- Computer software and hardware knowledge are preferred
- Network connectivity and related software experience are preferred
- Experience in either retail, grocery, or hospitality industries is a plus!!
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening skills)
