Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and bilingual Japanese Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Officepartners360. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding support to our Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese (N1 level) and English, with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.
  • Sales Support:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.
  • Language Support:
  • Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
  • Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
