As a JD Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional customer service. Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are meeting performance expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Train and develop new and existing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Plan and organize daily tasks and responsibilities for the store, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed in an attractive manner.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards to provide a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and products to provide knowledgeable and helpful recommendations to customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety standards.
Lead by example by demonstrating excellent customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and improvement.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the store.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company updates and new product knowledge.
